After more than 30 years working as an educator in the Vaucluse,
I decided to return to a place that is dear to me, full of memories in the middle of the mountains.
The Cantal, the roots of my ancestors passed on to me the values of respect, solidarity, openness, kindness, simplicity, and authenticity.
I hope you'll enjoy the peace and quiet that my parents loved to find in their homeland
‘Mainatja-te’ means ‘take care of yourself’ in Auvergne dialect.
The silhouette on the logo is that of Corinne's father, facing the valley's volcanic chain, with a Gentiane plant.
Our family, mainly farmers, has been present in the hamlet of Pierrebesse since the 18th century and this farm was acquired by my maternal grandparents in the 1960s.
