After more than 30 years of working as an educator in the south with a young and vulnerable population, I decided to return to a place that is dear to me, full of memories in the middle of the mountains.
The Cantal, the roots of my ancestors passed on to me the values of respect, mutual aid, listening, kindness, simplicity, and authenticity.
I hope you will discover the peace that my father so loved to find when he came to recharge his batteries in his homeland!
My family, who are mainly farmers, have lived in the hamlet of Pierrebesse since the 18th century and my maternal grandparents acquired this farm in the 1960s. Here are a few photos of the barn and stable before restoration.
"Mainatja-te" means "take care of yourself" in the Auvergne dialect. The silhouette on the logo is that of Corinne's father.
